Medicare Appeals System (MAS) Project

1-800 Beneficiary Call Center Scripting Initiative subcontract to Vangent Inc. under contract to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. NCCG provided Medicare Claims subject matter experts for a claims scripting initiative at Vangent Inc., the 1-800-MEDICARE contractor.  NCCG consultants developed Medicare scripted information to help the Customer Service Representation to correctly answer the Beneficiary question., In addition provided call flow analysis, and research materials related to all lines of Medicare business, including Part A, Regional Home Health and Hospice, Part B and Durable Medical Equipment.
