Comprehensive Error Rate Testing Program (CERT) Coordinator Project subcontractor with Group Health Incorporated under contract to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. NCCG provided medical expertise staff to Group Health Incorporated, to perform analysis of GHI Medicare contracts, regional and national, Comprehensive Error Rate Testing Program (CERT) data to identify Medicare program vulnerabilities and provider educational opportunities. NCCG developed provider educational and outreach programs to improve medical record documentation and promote compliance with national and local coverage determinations and CMS regulations. NCCG conducted educational programs for large physician groups, medical societies, hospitals and physician billing services and worked directly with individual non-compliant providers.
